Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of talliy, a personal finance tracking application developed and operated by PixWhale Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using talliy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The Service

talliy is a web-based personal finance tracker designed to help Filipino users manage their daily expenses, salary, installments, savings goals, recurring expenses, and lent money. The service is accessible at talliy.io/app and can be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on your device.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

2. Account Registration

To use talliy, you must:

Be at least 13 years of age
Provide a valid email address
Create a 6-digit passcode and security question
Accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passcode. talliy is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@talliy.io.

You may only create one account per person. Multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted.

3. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all premium features. No payment information is required to start a trial.

After the trial period ends, access to premium features will be locked until a subscription plan is activated. Your data is never deleted when a trial expires — it remains safely stored and accessible once you subscribe.

4. Subscription and Payment

talliy offers the following subscription plans:

Monthly — ₱99 per month
Quarterly — ₱149 per 3 months
Annual — ₱249 per year

Payments are processed manually via GCash or Maya QR code. Subscriptions are not automatically renewed — you must manually renew before your subscription expires. We will send you a reminder notification before your access ends.

After verifying your payment, we will send you an activation token via your chosen contact method. Enter this token in the app to activate your subscription immediately.

⚠️ Refund Policy: All subscription payments are non-refundable once an activation token has been redeemed. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us within 7 days and we will work to resolve the issue or provide an extension.

Prices are in Philippine Peso (₱) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use talliy only for its intended purpose — personal financial tracking. You must not:

Use talliy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempt to access another user's account or data
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from talliy
Attempt to overload, disrupt, or interfere with the service
Share your account credentials or activation tokens with others

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Your Data

You own your financial data. talliy does not claim ownership over any data you enter into the app. You may export your data at any time using the PDF or CSV export feature.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. talliy displays information based solely on what you record — we do not verify, validate, or cross-check your financial data against any external source.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

talliy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Data will never be lost due to technical failure
The service will meet all your specific requirements

talliy is a personal finance tracker, not a financial advisor. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, PixWhale Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of talliy, including but not limited to loss of data, financial decisions made based on app data, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of talliy shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.

9. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@talliy.io. Upon deletion:

All your personal data and financial records will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Any unused subscription period will not be refunded
You will lose access to all exported data links

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of talliy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of talliy after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
